Introduction

Hi everyone,

I want to start my first blog to introduce myself, tell you what I do, and what I will be going to blog.

My name is Norma Green. I use to be a Computer Systems Analyst/Computer Programmer. I have an Associates Degree in Computer Science.

My love of cake decorating started when I was aournd 12 years old. This was when I went to live with my Aunt Sissy. I seen Aunt Sissy decorating cakes. I thought itwas so cool. It was enough to get me intrigued with cake decorating

It wasnt until about 10 years ago that I decided to persue cake decoratongdecoratong. I took a Wilton class on how to decorate with butter cream. This class taught me how to make several different flowers, how to color icing, put icing on cake and make it smooth.

I have taught my self how to cake decorate with fondant. My Aunt Sissy taught me how to make a gum paste one time. I have watched videos to learn how to do many things cake decorating. Example of the things I’ve looked up on video: marshmallow fondant, Teenage Muntat Turtles, and a pirate ship.

I plan talk to you about cake decorating, and teach you what I’ve learn as I learn. I still have a lot to learn. I’m going to research cake recipe’s and test them. I teach you about the recipes and tell if they were good. If you have a question about something, I will do my best to answer the question. If I can’t answer, then I research it and then let you know what I have found out.
